Coal conveying pipe velocity

Dear expert,

           I want change  fine coal  conveying velocity   from 28 m/s to  23 m/s  due to change coal from bituminus to 100 % pet coke @ 3.0 %R on 90micron .

        What will effect on sp.heat consumption in term of cooler eff.( cooler heat loss)
