HOW TO CALCULATE THE KILN HOOD VELOCITY ?WHAT ARE THE MESUREMENTS REQUIRED ETC.?

re KILN OUTLET HOOD VELOCITY CALCULATION

calculate hood area.  By cooler air balance ( Vent air- cooling air) = combustion air*0.6 = SA

SA/ hood area/3600 =  hood velocity
