re flap damper

Hello Ashkan,

The meal flaps prevent hot gases from entering the meal pipes. Since these hot gases are normally laden with alkalis, chloride and sulphur, the main consequence of removing the flap(s) is likely to be the formation of buildups in the meal pipes and bottom cyclones, causing blockages.

Regards,

Ted.

Dear.

Normal flap need to be remove if flap not working proper and bottom  cyclone feed pipe  jamming.

But adverse effect is more on process control & sp heat consumption high.
