Roller press having one old roller while other one is new.
Recently we have found a crack in fixed roller, So we are replacing it with a new one while the other one is old and has 20000 hrs runing. So now roller press will be running with new and old rollers. What will be the effect on throughput, cake density and its power consumption.

Dear,
By grinding force and zero gap setting . your production will not effect .
What is present sp power on roll press change indicate all effect.
Any change in both roller power drawn and skew on running condition will give change in cake density.
Pl share your current roller dia. of old and new roller.
