Hello kumawat,

 High shell temp. indicate that heat radiation is more from  flame heat toward that point.

     1.    there is no uniform coating formation and less coating in burning zone brick.( Shell cooling less effective than heat transfer to out side of kiln shell)

   2.   Brick chipped out from non coating zone (above preburning zone).
