Dear expert

  How to grind pond fly ( 5-10 % moisture with low blaine dry fly ash (250 m2/kg ) to get  330 m2/kg in running cement mill @150 tph on 270 dry fly ash for cost optimisation with pond fly ash.

How to calculate capacity of mill after grinding only  pond fly ash with low blaine dry fly ash.

CM size 4.2*15 ( 35/65 two chamber mill )

Use small capacity weigh feeder and start with 2% addition. Keep checked on mill temp profile.if temp drops reduce addition. You can calculate mill output by heat balance of mill with different percentage addition of pond fly ash.

Dear expert ,

   Pl give concept for selection grinding system  for pond fly ash grinding  upto 100 tph

capacity plant @( 300 m2/kg blaine& drying from 10-15% moisture to >.5 moisture ).
