Is there a method how to install retaining ring in the outlet zone upright to kiln shell.

First Retainer ring to be installed at 600 mm from outlet and second ring should be at 100 mm after first retainer ring towards kiln inlet.

Kiln retainer ring erection procedure will differ with different OEM 

• Normally supplied in segment usually 6 segment.
•  Keeping a gap of min 10mm between retainer ring segment.
• Height of retainer ring should be minimum 40mm.
• Single V groove normally recommended on retainer segment & flushed welding on brick side.
