Kiln not thrusting

Hello house,

Can someone assist me on how to go about addressing the issue of kiln not floating. In my plant we use cbmi kiln and the kiln thrust pump is J-w series, plunger type, the kiln remain at downhill and the pressure is not building up, i replaced the poppet valve and there is no result, replace the pump today and the pressure is still not building up. I need somebody with the experience to help me out.
