TCC International said it agreed to sell the cement terminal, bagging and bulk loading facilities, equipment, all other assets and leasehold improvements located on two parcels of land in Manila, Philippines for US$13.5m.

TCC International believes the disposal will allow the Group to realize its investments in the above assets at a reasonable price and re-allocate its resources to focus on its operations in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
