Russian cement plant Iskitimtsement, the main asset of Eduard Taran’s RATM Holding, plans to increase its cement output by 7.7 per cent YoY to 1.4Mt in 2012, Yevgenia Svitova, spokeswoman for the company said Wednesday, as cited by RIA Novosti.

Svitova added that the company’s cement output in 2012 is expected to mirror the levels registered in 2010 and 2009.
