Lafarge WAPCO increases supply to the Nigerian market
Ahead of the inauguration of its new cement plant in Lakatabu, in Ewekoro, Lafarge Cement WAPCO Nigeria, has increased the supply of cement to the Nigerian market.
Since full production began at the Ewekoro factory in September, the plant has achieved over 58,000t of clinker production, 37,000t of cement and supplied 35,000t of cement to the market.
With the addition of the new plant, the company will now be producing over 8Mta.
