UltraTech Cement, the Aditya Birla company, said production for the April to September 2011 period stood at 18.596Mt as against 18.633Mt during April to September 2010 period.

Dispatches have been sustained at 18.613Mt during April to September 2011 vis a vis 18.614Mt in the corresponding period of 2010.

Cement production for the month of September 2011 was 2.77Mt and dispatches were 2.756Mt.
