Goldsun Development & Construction & Corp recently inaugurated its second cement plant in Loudi City, Hunan province, China, where it will invest US$150m to build two cement lines, each with 2Mta capacity.



Goldsun spokesperson, SY Chiu, said the first-stage cement production line, with 2Mt cement capacity, will start clinker production during this month and commence production by the end of November.
