Vietnamese Prime Minister has given the Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation (Vicem) to purchase a 75 per cent stake in Cam Pha Cement JSC, an affiliate of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export JS Corp (VCG).

The PM assigned the ministries of Finance, Construction, Justice and other departments to handle the issues related to restructuring the capital of Cam Pha Cement JSC.

VCG had earlier agreed to sell its 51 per cent stake in Cam Pha Cement Plant to Vicem with a price not below VDN10,000/share.
