Domestic cement deliveries in Switzerland declined in the 3Q11 by 2.3% YoY to 1.26Mt. The third quarter of 2011, however, included one less working day, and therefore deliveries can be considered to be constant, the Swiss Association for the Cement Industry in a statement Wednesday.



From January to September 2011, cement shipments rose 3.8% to 3.58Mt. For the full year, the association expects a volume up to the level of the previous year.
