Rezzato City Council has unanimously approved a Memorandum of Understanding for the modernisation of Italcementi’s local cement plant, reports local press.

The final go-ahead requires the approval of the Mazzano municipality as well, but work is expected to start as soon as early in November. The modernisation involves environmental improvements with a maximum production capacity of 3000tpd.
