Petron Engineering has secured a INR665m (US$13.6m) contract from Lafarge India for the mechanical erection, electrical and automation installation for its 5000tpd cement plant project at Chittaurgarh, Rajasthan.

The company posted a net profit of INR310m on total revenues of INR5.01bn for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2011.
