Azerbaijan produced nearly 895,5000t of cement in the first eight months of 2011, up six per cent from the same period of last year.

For full year 2010 cement production totalled 1.28Mt, 0.6 per cent less than that produced in 2009, which in turn was down 19.7 per cent on 2008 figures.
