Credit rating agency Standard & Poor’s (S&P) has lowered the outlook on cement maker Italcementi to "negative" from "stable" and confirmed the BBB-/A-3 rating.

The agency has also downgraded the outlook on Ciments Francais to "negative" from "stable".
