Information provided by Councillor Marcelino Duran, noted that the municipality has sufficient limestone deposits.
According to projections from the Mayor’s Office, the factory would have a production of 1,500 bags per day, the administration would be a partnership, between the government, which would have 40 per cent, and the municipal government 60 per cent.
"The draft was sent to China and we are awaiting a response to sign the agreement, including the information we already have the government’s environmental permit and we are dealing with legal personality," explained the councilman.
