Oyak Cement Group has said that domestic cement demand increased by 12% YoY in the first half of 2011 and it expects domestic cement sales to increase by 8% for the full year.
Mardin Cimento, part of Oyak, recorded an EBITDA margin of 37.4%, net income margin of 31.3%, return on capital of 14.5% and a dividend yield of 10.6% in the first half. Unye Cimento, another Oyak Group Company, saw EBITDA margins up 33.6%, and net income margins rose 23.9%.
