The Hills Group, Ltd., a UK-based provider of waste management services, has entered into an agreement to acquire the Newbury ready-mix concrete operations from Cemex.

The acquisition will allow Hills Group to strengthen its market presence in the west Berkshire, north Hampshire and south Oxfordshire areas.
