Siam Cement to issue bonds, Thailand
Siam Cement said Monday its board has approved a plan to issue up to THB10bn (US$335.3m) worth of four-year bonds.
Proceeds from offering will be used to refinance bonds which mature on November 1, it said in a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
The subscription period is scheduled between October 3 and October 31, it said, adding that the bond will be sold to the company’s existing bond holders and the public.
Following the issuance, Siam Cement’s outstanding bonds will be no more than THB110bn, it said.
