Trans-Asia Oil and Energy Development Corp., a unit of Phinma Group, has signed a power supply agreement with Holcim Philippines, Inc.

Trans-Asia and Holcim filed separate disclosures with the Philippine Stock Exchange announcing the signing of the agreement on Monday.

Under the agreement, Trans-Asia will supply the electricity requirements of Holcim’s cement plants in Norzagaray, Bulacan and Bacnotan, La Union for 15 years starting on December 26, 2013.
