Lafarge new Ewekoro set for August commissioning
Lafarge Cement WAPCO Nigeria says it is set to double its production capacity in August with the commissioning of a new cement factory in Ewekoro, Ogun state.
Announcing this during a media tour of the new cement factory in Ewekoro, recently, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Samy Abdelkader said with work approaching completion at the new cement plant, the plant is expected to double the current production capacity of the company with 2.5Mt when it commences production in August.
