Russian production volumes up
Russian cement production in April rose by 12 per cent compared to the same month last year. For the first four months of 2011, production output rose by 16.3% YoY, reaching 12.8Mt.
The average price of cement, meanwhile, increased 3.1 per cent to RUB2247 (US$80) from the same period last year. However, compared to December 2010, the price of cement has only risen by 1.3 per cent. Published under Cement News
