Frédéric Deleuze named Maintenance Manager of the Year
Frédéric Deleuze, head of maintenance at the CBR - HeidelbergCement Group Lixhe site, has been named Maintenance Manager of the Year by ENGINEERINGNET.BE – BEMAS.
Frederic Deleuze has a young maintenance team under him whose average age is 36 years, as a result of a reorganization five years ago.
Together with his team Deleuze works daily to implement the maintenance strategy which is followed based on KPIs. It counts on preventive maintenance, based on rigorous inspections, to avoid unexpected breakdowns and costly downtime. The CBR-Lixhe site is currently “best in class” within the HeidelbergCement group. Maintenance is upgraded and is also an important component in ensuring the continuity of the company.
