Russia’s second-largest state lender VTB has opened a RUR1bn (US$36.1mm credit facility for Novoroscement, a cement producer based in Novorossiysk.

The company will use the loan to finance its current operations.

Novoroscement is one of the leading cement producers and a major cement supplier in the Krasnodar Territory, south Russia.
