Tianshan Cement to invest in subsidiary
Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Co Ltd, a cement producer based in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, announced recently that it plans to invest CNY196m (US$30m) into a Jiangsu Province-based subsidiary to build a cement mill, sources reported.
The company will also invest CNY40.1m into its Xinjiang-based subsidiary to update technology for flyash storage, which could generate CNY4.03m of profit with a break-even period of 10 years.
