Gut, managing director of Gut Corporate Finance AG, has been a board member at Adecco SA since 2010.
Andreas von Planta, current deputy chairman, stepped down from the board due to other commitments. Holcim elected two new deputy chairmen, Beat Hess and Erich Hunziker.
