Brazil’s Cimento Tupi plans 7-yr bond offer
Brazil cement company Cimento Tupi is planning a seven year bond offering, according to a source familiar with the matter.
The seven-year issue is non-callable for four years. Initial price guidance is at 10%. Bank of AmericaMerrill Lynch is the bookrunner for the 144A offering.
