Gebr Pfeiffer to supply VRMs to Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Syria
In January 2011, Sinoma (Suzhou) Construction Co. Ltd. acting as General Contractor placed a repeat order for an MPS 5000 B vertical roller mill for raw material grinding. The grinding plant designed for a capacity of 450 t/h will be set up in Mass Global Company’s third 5000-tpd cement production line in the province of Sulaymaniyah in Northern Iraq.
In March 2011, Sinoma Equipment and Engineering Corp., Ltd. (Sinoma E&E) acting as full line supplier for a new cement production line placed an order for the supply of an MPS 5300 B vertical roller mill for raw material grinding and an MPS 2800 BK for coal grinding. The grinding plants will be erected in United Cement Ghurair (UCG)’s 6000-tpd cement production line situated in Abou al Shammat in Syria. The MPS raw mill is designed for a capacity of 580 t/h and the coal mill for 58 t/h. The delivery of the mills is slated for the 1st quarter of 2012.
In March 2011, the Chengdu Design & Research Institute of Building Materials Industry Co. Ltd., belonging to the Chinese Sinoma group and acting as General Contractor for a new cement production line, contracted for an MPS 5300 B vertical roller mill for raw material grinding. The grinding plant designed for a capacity of 450 t/h will be installed at Hail cement plant (HCC)’s new 5000-tpd production line in Saudi Arabia. Delivery of the mill is slated for the 1st quarter of 2012. Published under Cement News
