Egypt’s Alexandria Cement approved an EGP1.73 (US$0.3) per share cash dividend, the firm said in a statement released by the stock exchange on Tuesday.

The firm, a subsidiary of Titan Cement, posted a 17.3 per cent rise in 2010 net profit to EGP590.9m.
