Holcim Apasco, through its subsidiary Ecoltec, signed a collaboration agreement with this council, to process about 400,000 scrap tyres found in a municipal landfill, and to process the necessary energy for cement production. 


The agreement was signed by the mayor, Benjamín Galván Gómez, and Ecoltec company representatives Ameneiro Alejandro and Carlos Juarez.
