Cemex USA has received the 2011 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Excellence Award sponsored by Gartner and 1to1 Media.

Cemex USA received the award in the Customer Experience category for the design and delivery of an exceptional customer experience that was successfully demonstrated by customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and advocacy.
