EEL Private Limited, a subsidiary of the FLSmidth group, will set up a new manufacturing plant in Haryana, a senior official said Sunday.

According to Rajeev Arora, managing director of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC), the foundation stone of the project will be laid Tuesday in Bawal industrial area, 90km from New Delhi.
