India’s No. 2 cement producer, ACC Ltd, said on Tuesday shipments in February rose 17 per cent from a year earlier to 2Mt.

The company, in which Holcim holds about 46 per cent, said production in February rose to 1.97Mt from 1.71Mt a year ago.
