Nuh Cimento acquires Kudret Enerji
Turkish cement producer Nuh Cimento has acquired TRY 3.8m (EUR 1.73m) stake in Kudret Enerji Elektrik Uretim, which holds a production license of a 17MW hydropower plant and a regulator project called "Bagal Regulatoru and Kusluk HES Projesi" which is currently under construction. The statement issued to the Istanbul Stock Exchange explains that 99.99% stake in the company will be taken over by Nuh Cimento and the remaining stake will be taken over by Nuh Cimento’s subsidiaries.
