The contract for the construction of a new cement plant by Ghizildash Cement is set to be signed in Baku between Azerbaijan’s Norm Ltd and a Chinese company in a matter of days, Azer Press reported.

Construction of the new cement plant is expected be started in late April and completed in May 2012. It is slated to have a cement capacity of 2Mta.
