India’s largest cement producer UltraTech Cement said on Wednesday cement shipments in January were at 3.34Mt.

Production was 3.39Mt, the company said in a statement. It did not disclose year-ago numbers.

UltraTech Cement, part of the Aditya Birla group, has an installed capacity of about 49Mt.
