Thailand’s top industrial conglomerate Siam Cement Pcl said on Wednesday it planned to sell up to THB15bn (US$484.8m) of four-year bonds during March 1-30.
The proceeds would be used to replace existing debts due in April and the bond issue would be part of its plan to issue up to THB110bn, it said in a statement to stock exchange.
