Tan Quang Cement JSC, an affiliate of Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin) has put into operation its VND1.5trn (US$76.92m) cement plant in the northern province of Tuyen Quang on Jan 25.

The plant, located in Trang Dang commune, has clinker capacity of 2500tpd, the state-run Vietnam News Agency said late Tuesday.
