Foundation stone laid for new Hidalgo plant, Mexico
Mexican company Trituradora y Procesadora de Materiales Santa Anita has begun construction of a 600,000tpa cement plant in the state of Hidalgo.
Governor Miguel Angel Osorio Chong of Hidalgo was present during a ceremony to mark the laying of a foundation stone. The new plant will be situated in Santiago de Anaya in the Mezquital Valley region of Hidalgo.
The plant is expected to begin production in October 2012. Published under Cement News
