India’s second-largest cement maker by capacity, Friday said its board will meet on February 3 to consider merging three subsidiaries with company.

The subsidiaries are Encore Cement And Additives Pvt Ltd, Lucky Minmat Ltd. and National Limestone Company Pvt. Ltd.

ACC, 46-per cent owned by Holcim, will also report earnings on the same day.
