Cuba’s largest cement factory met its annual target to
produce 900,000t of clinker. According to Serafin Céspedes, Technical
Director of Cementos Cienfuegos SA, the industry has demonstrated its
stability during the 2010 and high efficiency that will allow it to
"continue the process and provide another 30,000t by the end of the
year."
