Titan said Wednesday it has signed an agreement with the Kosovo Privatazation Agency for the purchase of the Sharr cement plant.

"The acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s results, as the plant, with a rated capacity of 600,000tpa, was already under Titan management, on the basis of a lease agreement," the company said.
