Hungary’s cement industry is expected to start growing again only from 2012, Hungarian Cement Association head János Szarkandi said.

When growth does return, it will be a slight 2-4%, Szarkandi said.

Domestic cement consumption fell from more than 4Mt in 2008 to 2.5-2.6Mt in 2010, he said.
