The latest forecast of the Association of Portland Cement Manufacturers (AFCP) sees 2010 closing with shipments of 10.2Mt, but up until November these have reached 9.5Mt, 9.9 per cent more than the same period in 2009 and exceeding 2008 deliveries by nearly by nearly 100,000t.
