Shiva Cement Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has fixed December 11, 2010 as Record date for the purpose of issue of Bonus Share to the shareholders in the ratio of 1:10 (i.e. one bonus share against every 10 equity shares held). Published under Cement News
