Semen Gresik plans to buy two Malaysian cement makers, Semen Gresik’s President Director Dwi Soetjipto said, according to reports from the Investor Daily reported.

Semen Gresik will allocate US$500m for the purchases, the newspaper said. It didn’t identify the Malaysian companies.
